Our team of experienced licensed physical therapists are experts in all areas of outpatient and orthopedic physical therapy. We use a combination of manual therapy and movement and functional integration therapies to help restore your good health. Dr. Genevieve Griffin, PT, DPT, OCS, GCFP

Owner, Doctor of Physical Therapy

Genny graduated from Shenandoah University in 1993 with a Master of Physical Therapy degree and later returned to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree in 2004. Since then, she has become a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist, a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner, and has also received her certification in Trigger Point Dry Needling as well as receiving her Private Practice Management Certificate. Genny has taken advanced training in Pilates for Rehabilitation and Physical Mind Mat and Apparatus Concentration programs. She also has extensive Manual Therapy, Myofascial Release, Cranial-Sacral and Osteopathic-Based advanced training. Outside of work, Genny enjoys traveling, visiting family, yoga, hiking, the outdoors and spending time with her dogs. She also enjoys cooking international dishes, especially Persian dishes.

Dr. Marygray Lanier Stewart, PT, DPT, OCS

Clinical Director, Doctor of Physical Therapy

Mary graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Exercise Science prior to receiving a Master's degree in Physical Therapy at Texas Woman's University. She later completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy and prides herself in incorporating the most recent and cutting edge research into her practice. This Dallas, Texas native specializes in manual therapy for a variety of orthopedic conditions including injuries to the upper and lower extremities, and spine. Mary also has training in vestibular rehabilitation and enjoys treating balance and gait dysfunctions. Mary is certified in advanced trigger point dry needling, and incorporates it as a tool to get her patients better faster. Mary is the primary therapist for the aquatic program at Loudoun Physical Therapy and is the Virginia State representative for the Aquatic Section of the American Physical Therapy Association. When Mary has free time, she enjoys yoga, biking, wine tasting, traveling with her husband, and the outdoors. She loves basketball and is a die-hard Dallas Mavericks fan.

Purvi Trivedi, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Purvi graduated with her Bachelor's in Physical Therapy from India and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Utica College. Since then, she has been practicing in New York before moving to Virginia and joining Loudoun Physical Therapy. She specializes in manual therapy and sports rehabilitation. Purvi feels very fortunate to be able to make a difference in people's lives and help them to get better faster. Apart from her work, she enjoys cooking, spending time with her family, and exploring nature.

Physical Therapist

Holly is a native of Harrisonburg VA in the Shenandoah Valley. She received her Bachelor's degree in Health & Exercise Sciences from Bridgewater College and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Lynchburg College. She has a variety of experiences treating all patients from across the spectrum, including skilled nursing, outpatient, and home health sciences. Holly is trained in Fascial Manipulation, a manual technique which restores soft tissue mobility thus increasing joint range of motion and decreasing pain. She also enjoys utilizing Postural Restoration Therapy to restore optimal positioning of the patient. In her spare time, Holly enjoys spending time with her husband, Zane, and their dog, Ruger, as well as skiing, hiking, and biking.

Juan Pablo Duran

Physical Therapist

Juan was born in Colombia South America (so is fluent in Spanish) and then moved to the US when he was 10years old. He graduated with a BS in Sports Medicine from Radford University and then received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Lynchburg College. He plans to work on his OCS and dry needling certifications. Juan finds the spine fascinating and enjoys working with patients with neck and back issues. In his spare time, he likes to exercise, play soccer, and spend time with his family and his dog.

Diana moved from Rochester, NY to Virginia in August 2017. She graduated from the University of Rochester with her BS in Cell and Developmental Biology and then received her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Temple University. She enjoys working with patients with different injuries and has a special interest in the shoulder. Diana enjoys hiking, playing tennis, and traveling in her free time.

Physical Therapist Assistant

Courtney graduated from James Madison University in 2010 with a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences. After JMU, she returned to school two years later for her Associates Degree with an emphasis in Physical Therapy from NVCC, graduating in 2012. She has extensive experience in outpatient therapy and enjoys working with the community to help make a difference! Outside of work, she is a volunteer EMT for Sterling Volunteer Rescue Squad here in Loudoun County, where she met her husband. If they aren't running rescue together and spending time on an ambulance, they are active with family, friends, and especially their highly energetic Goldendoodle, Bear! Courtney and her family are huge University of Alabama fans... Roll tide!

Physical Therapist Assistant

Kim received her Associate of Science degree with an emphasis in Physical Therapy from Northern Virginia Community College in Springfield VA in 2014. She also has her certificate in Early Childhood Education. Kim joined Loudoun Physical Therapy in September of 2015. Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time with her family as well as motocross, soccer, basketball, mountain biking, canoeing or basically anything outdoors.

David spent a great deal of time hiking various national parks across the US before coming to work at Loudoun Physical Therapy. David loves the outdoors and enjoys spending a good amount of time playing soccer, snowboarding, hiking, and camping.

Vice President

Michael graduated with magna cum-laude honors from George Washington University with a Bachelor of Science in 1980 and a Master of Science in Engineering in 1982. He has over 16 years of experience in the Corporate world and has been with Loudoun Physical Therapy since its inception in 1996. Throughout the years, Michael has attended many of the American Physical Therapy Association annual Private Practice Section meetings and other continuing education courses related to physical therapy practice management. He also attended a one-year Executive Management Training in 2011. Outside of work, Michael enjoys gardening, biking, wine tasting, reading and traveling. To unwind over the weekend, Michael loves to hang out in the garden and do yard work.

More recently, she has completed certification in Medical Office Management and an Executive Healthcare Management course from Loyola University, Chicago. Besides her professional qualifications, Swarna has extensive experience in the healthcare industry. This includes successful leadership roles with leading healthcare teams in the UK. In her spare time, Swarna enjoys reading, playing/watching tennis, listening to music and likes to travel.

She has over 20 years of experience in Marketing and over 12 years of experience in Health & Wellness. Michele comes to us with expertise in marketing company products and services with a strong focus on implementing social media, internet strategy, and reputation management. Outside of work, Michele enjoys spending time with family & friends, gardening, kayaking, ATVing, camping, hiking, and generally enjoying life.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family as well as reading, painting, and buying and restoring classic cars with her husband.

Nenita graduated from St. Paul College in Manila, Philippines where she became a Registered Nurse. When she finds the time, Nenita enjoys gardening, sewing, crocheting and quilting. She also likes to go on nature walks and exploring new places. Nenita and husband Derrick are in the midst of raising their 2 teenage daughters.

She enjoys pretty much all outdoor activities especially hiking.
