Classes will be held on:

• Mondays and Wednesdays 10:00 a.m.
  September 13th to November 3rd
• Monday evening 5:00 p.m.
  September 13th to November 1st

$130.00 per registered (8 week) session pre paid or $24.00 each class

Any registered student can attend an extra class in the week for additional $12.00 per class.

This class lasts for one hour and is suitable for people in therapy as an addition to their one-on-one therapy sessions or for those who are looking for a post rehab class.
